Submitting a contact form or calling us constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when we acknowledge it explicitly via phone or written communication. We will provide an estimate before commencing any repair work, and work will only begin once you have approved the estimate. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of assessment. If additional work is identified during a repair that was not included in the original estimate, we will contact you before proceeding. Final charges may differ from estimates if the scope of work changes with your agreement. We will always seek your approval before undertaking any work beyond what was originally discussed.
We use quality parts that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Where applicable, we will discuss the choice of parts with you — including OEM and quality aftermarket options — before proceeding. Parts supplied by the customer are used at the customer's risk; we cannot provide a warranty on such parts.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Repair Sale's liability in relation to any service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of use of a vehicle, or indirect damages arising from vehicle repair or the use of information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Vehicles should be collected within a reasonable time after we notify you that work is complete. We reserve the right to charge a daily storage fee for vehicles left on our premises for extended periods without arrangement. We take reasonable precautions with vehicles in our care but are not liable for loss or damage not caused by our negligence.
We provide a reasonable warranty on the workmanship of our repairs. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable. Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage resulting from subsequent accidents, misuse, modifications, or normal wear after the repair. Specific warranty terms will be discussed at the time of service where relevant.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors. Service descriptions are provided for general guidance and do not constitute technical advice specific to your vehicle.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Huelva, Spain.
